We are not an old pile of rusty metal. But we can't wait to be! This has been a tradition: for 110 years, De Piero Schrott has strove to collect, sort and process old metal in an environmentally friendly way. Metal is being prepared on the scrapyard a few kilometres away west from Spittal an der Drau to be further processed in the steel industry. 

Our motto: Be careful with material - Be fair with clients. As one of the oldest family-run businesses in Carinthia in the field of scrap metal, we now have 10 employees. 

Obviously, we work with state of the art equipment- such as hydraulic scrap shear, presses, and mobile excavator with demolition tool. Our own fleet gives us huge flexibility. Comfort? Included. Thanks to our own fleet and container park, we can remove anything from household to industrial scrap. We also provide containers- from 7 to 32 m³. Feel free to contact us!
